Established in 1996 in the foothills of the Usery Mountains in NE Mesa, Las Sendas began as an East Valley alternative to North Scottsdale. Las Sendas area homes were built by Blandford Homes, Fulton Homes, Maracay Homes and Cachet Townhomes. There are approximately 3300 homes in the community and most are in gated enclaves.
